WOT % setting for iBeat: Full throttle should be set (hard stop adjustment screw on TB) to 100.2% for 450/510 and 100.4% for 250/310. Can't find a recommended setting for either a 610 or 630 anywhere. 1. What is the recommended setting for a 630? _
or I would also be interested to know what value other 630's have shown for this. iBeat online engine OFF turn throttle until WOT bottom left corner of iBeat dashboard shows throttle % my TE630 is 102.4% _
Just checked mine: TPS:102.0% when engine at op temperature, WOT. (101.8 cold) All three CO settings at 100.0 % (if I am checking it correctly) with 02 sensor disconnected. Power on regardless
I´ve got the JD tuner but still need to find out how to manage the TPS setting (630SM). Can´t do iBeat and haven´t got a laptop.
Thanks for the info. I left mine at 102.4% for now. Reset my TPS yesterday, Adjustment Value was 962 and TPS Value was 974. After reset it put both at 962 and WOT went up to 102.7%. Noticed afterwards my idle speed slightly increased ~50rpm. Not changing any CO settings yet until I get my airbox mods in place, all three settings still at factory 100% also. I checked another TE630 yesterday and WOT was 101.1%. Adjustment Value was 1000 and TPS Value was 977. After reset both at 977. _
Don't know of any way to set TPS without using iBeat. Why can't you do iBeat? Use your desktop PC and a longer USB cable or borrow an old laptop/netbook from somebody. You can install the software in two minutes, only 115MB. If not just visit your dealer, I'm sure they would reset your TPS for a minimal charge. Wouldn't take them more than five minutes from start to finish. _
The software kind of sucks, though. If you don't have a 32-bit windows machine available, you're out of luck. I have to run mine in a Virtual Machine.
