125-200cc ims fuel tank on wr 125

anyone have a pic of the 3.4 gal ims tank on a 06-08 wr 125? or even anyone know if you keep the rad panels or loose them

Ims are usually very good at direct fit, i kept the panels on my 02 tank can't see why you wouldnt on the 06-08,s

thats perfect, dont know anyone with there tanks so wasnt sure. the tanks that you loose the rad panels look shite

Nope kept rad penels and tank panels, ims are good quality my only gripe is my tank chafes the frame where it bolts up n the back of the tank there's a reinforcing bit on the frame and it just wobbles enough to take a chunk out.
Bit of inner tube can sort this before it damages the tank.
Just a heads up not sure on later models.

did you get your tank in the uk? im in ireland so customs from the us is gonna leave me a touch sore on the anal gland haha

I bought it second hand from a member here, customs sucks big time, i bought a disc gaurd shark fin £22 posted from the states customs charge £3, royal mail smacked £8 delivery on top wtf? Not a clue as to why you get charged.
Best bet is to pay it in usa its cheaper as its in dollars and the tank will wiz straight through customs crap.

i got mine from justgastanks ,very hard to find them now. 2 weeks to a longcross with only 1 fuel stop so this is gonna save me

Sound you got a lectron too? Mind you the 125's arnt really thirsty.

Here it is on an '09 WR125, if the picture is correct will use the stock shrouds. Also through justgastanks, I called and talked to them before I ordered. good luck.

still using stock carb with whatever jetting htm offroad had in her when they raced it, bloody quick 125. quick as a 250 exc
