Had the 630 cut out and stall.Did it a couple of times, then when turning the run switch on i could here the relay but the fuel pump made a clunk type noise but no prime.Cycled the kill switch a few times till i could get a prime noise. It then idled but as soon as i rode off i got about 20 meters then it was dead again. The neutral light was flashing so i could grab a fault later which came up as injector circuit open 2080, 16 faults listed.
I got it towed once home it fires up and runs throwing no fault. Not sure where i should start looking. As i couldn't get that fuel pump to prime on a number of occasions i was thinking fuel pump.Should i be checking elsewhere?

Have you washed it or been in a creek recently?

    No
I have changed the tank back to stock and had all the piggyback connectors off for the fueler. Recently ,after the bike has been sitting for 3 months, had a 02 high circuit fault which went away after i unplugged and cleaned the connectors. That one had me stumped for awhile too as i could plug in new resistors and the fault remained.
This where i am at now, my injector plug[main harness] when piggybacked if you wriggle it will throw the fault and sometimes cut the engine. It will do it too if you leave it idle long enough.Tape the plug and wires so there is minimal movement and it will happen but not as quickly as wriggling the wires.
I have unplugged my zfi fueler harness and plugged the injector plug straight into the injector. The bike will run and doesn't cut when you wriggle the wires.Haven't test rode or done much moving of the wires yet.

Sounds like you might have a bad crimp or a loose pin on one of the aftermarket connectors.

    Thanks guys.
Got everything plugged back in again.Idles and can move the wires with no cutout.Still don't know the cause.
Ibeat is playing up now.I can't adjust the Feedback adjustment, it just won't connect when the fb screen is up,just keeps saying non activity.Their is data being sent as the semco plug led's are changing colour. Can't open the co adjustment either.Have re installed the program but no change. Can reset tps and bring up faults etc.Stuck on 107 in 1 and 100 in 2 and 3.Was going to run without the zfi and set up the values but have had to reconnect the zfi.

Put 50km on it today.Pulls like a freight train, running 107 with afr of 11.5 down low.Still not sure what the issue was.Just disconnected everything, looked for broken or rubbed through wires found none , rerouted the sub loom and plugged it all back in.Might have to strip it right down and go over the whole loom at some stage.Still can't get into ibeat to adjust fueling so am building a map to suit the the fb i am stuck at.Looks like i will need to plug ibeat into another bike and see if it's my bike or a issue with the program or adapter.Don't think it's a program issue as both computers do the same thing.
