250-500cc Intake boot??

    I've been trying to find an intake boot for my 94 wxe part #800070667 and cant seem to find one anywhere I've tried. Probably doesn't help it was discontinued... anyways does anyone on here a good one laying around to sell or know where I can get one??any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

    check with the seller hotfootmoto on ebay...i got one from him for my 360. not sure if he offers for 250 or not, but he may offer to clone yours and then he could offer them..

    what about those adapters that let you use that two bolt Mikuni manifold i got mine from Halls wait what side of the carb are we talkin bout??

    the reed block side.... Justintendo the 360 one should fit the part # was the same for 250/360 till around 2002 from what I've found thanks for the seller on ebay I had found them last year but wasn't sure on quality how was the one you got?

    finish is a bit lacking perhaps but seems to be made well in the ways that count. seals up fine and has been living on my 360 all fall and winter great. not much else out there to choose from! it fit pretty good

    that helps me out a bit cause it'sit would be a pricy gamble for me at $140 plus shipping for it mine is still good per say weather checked real bad but still working. Thanks for the info on it probably end up getting one sometime soon to have on the shelf for when I do need it

    its also a gamble to suck dirt there...and ruin the con rod and top end...throw off jetting, etc etc

    i sold my first husky to a friend i told him [you need to replace that boot it was 6 bucks] he got one but didnt put it on till after it cost him a rod and a piston:naughty:

    well I've checked it very good last season when the motor was apart twice (once for original piston swap after a clipped ring and a few months later for a con rod after lower bearing let go) and the checking is superficial just one of those things that's always in the back of my mind.
