250-500cc Is there a coolant drain plug on wr360 -93

Just bought an old 360, but i cant find the coolant draining plug, on my yamaha yz its on the waterpump with a cooper brick, Dosent the husky have one? If not, can i pull the lowest coolant hose and get water out and flush/clean the system like normal from the raditor?? Also im changing the tranny oil but dont know how much oil to get in, been searcing the forum and mabe 800ml is correct?? is it 800 for the 93 engine to??

the water pump housing is sealed with an oring...you can undo the bolt and pop it off to drain the coolant, then usually just pop it back on...
