It was time for a little makeover magic on my 2005 TC450 that I started about three or four months ago and finally decided to complete...

The Malcolm Smith Invitational took it's beating on any remaining blue and yellow plastic on my bike that wasn't already scratched , beat or broken... after the ride pic here:

And now... New Renthal Sprockets (courtesy of Dan @ Motoexotica) , New DID chain ( courtesy of MTA) , all new 2011 model year Husqvarna Factory plastic ( courtesy of Malcolm Smith) , New custom graphics form ZLT MX ID ( Darren's is a great guy), Rebuilt forks set up for MX from Les@ LTR ( Les is a guru) with new Hardcoat Anodize from Coastline Metal Finishing , new Ferraci Seat Cover and Brux Racing Logo from Robertaccio with all new reconditioned and repowder coated Flatland Radiator Guards, Original Rooster Front and rear disc protectors, Valve cover and case/cs protector all courtesy of Seven S powdercoat in Riverside California, new Coolanol, New Full Synthetic Spectro Oil, new filters ( Twin Air and Hi Flo), Rebuilt Rewelded Uptite Racing Skidplate with Fresh Black powder, New Pro Taper half waffle soft compound grips and new Dunlop 756's....also Craig @ USMotoplastics in Chino California for various bits and pieces... his service is second to none!!!

Special thanks to Robertaccio for the Brux Racing Logo as well as all his advice over the phone over the last few months ...

Also Special Thanks to Clay @ 7602 and Robertaccio for their help and guidance with my clutch issues...!

Can't wait to hit Milestone MX or Cahuilla Creek MX next week...Really much more economical than buying a new bike ( at least for me right now) !

Wow fantastic job man! and set up for offroad abuse as well Gotta join us for a "Pro ride". You're welcome for any of the very minor help you may have gotten from me.
PS verify your chain tension it looks a little tight to me (however I am a on the loose chain side rider)

Internals.... absolutely nothing but giving it a diet of Spectro Full Synthetic race oil since it was brand new... an I usually only run VP100 race gas... ProCircuit Ti-4 pipe and it is the engine that never quits giving... This by far has been the most stable and dependable bike I have ever owned...

Due to coaching Little League and Coaching Corona Girls Softball weekend racing at the Glen has taken a backseat to kids sports... Going to try and race the SRA GP series at GH in May, June and July ...when it is nice an warm...one of my favorite tracks...

    Thanks,T

Kids first ...nothing wrong with that ... Good to hear that engine is AOK also ... I purchased rings, pistons, and a cylinder for my 08 TXC250 but can't seem to bring myself to changing anything as at ~500 hrs, it feels the same as ~200 hrs ... I'm a < 10G RPM rider during most days ...

Good luck at GH spanking the asian \ pumpkin market guys ... Don't forget to post up pics of the hardware U are gonna win ...

You still using the estart? I took the battery off mine for a while and was kicking it ... Made it feel more like a dirt bike that way ...

What year is the plastics? Are the graphics impregnated? Your TC looks awesome now!

I used all new plastic from a WR 300 2011. THe white husky logo is imprinted into the plastic on the red Tank pcs... no peeling decals... used a MX TC style Rear Fender...

Fork Guard protectors are black and from a 2007 TE250 model year ( fits the 45mm Zokes)
