So I got my JJW black gripper seat cover installed this past Saturday, and here is the review:

Quality/Durability: One of the first things I noticed was that the cover seemed very thick and sturdy, more so than I remeber my Factory FX one on my 250f being. I only have 1 ride on it at this point, so I can't speak with certainty on the durability, but based on the thickness/toughness of the cover I expect it to last a long time, I would guess longer than the Factory FX cover

Fitment: The cover came stitched on the front most part of the seat, and the sides and rear part of the cover were "open" (not stitched) Also there was plenty of extra material, you could easily incorporate a seat bump into this cover if you so desired. It is a "universal" cover, so the front part that is stitched was not an exact fit to the contour of my seat foam, but it was a non issue

Installation: I cannot speak to this as I had to take it to an upholstery shop for installation. This had nothing to do with the cover itself but rather the shape of the seat on my Husky. My electric stapler would not fit in the tiny spot where the staples needed to go on the sides on the seat. But the gentleman who installed it had done many before and said it was just as easy to install as all the other ones he has done.

Grippiness: The grippy part of this gripper cover is outstanding, it has a very coarse pattern which is very much in contrast to other gripper covers that I've had in the past. Those all had a very fine texture. I would guess that the coarse nature of the material would also lean itself towards long life, but only time will tell.

Availiable colors and Pricing: Right now the covers come in Black or White and retail for $49.95 http://www.jjwdesigns.com/

Overall with just 1 ride on this cover I would say it's the best gripper cover I have had, and thats mainly due to the excellent grippability of the cover, which is important in Supermoto.

Man that does look grippy. My son wants a gripper seat for his 2010 TC250 I'll let him know about this. Thanks for sharing.
