2006 SMR 510, also my first Sumo, I roadraced for 6 years, and then have done MX for the past 1-2, but it's pack to pavement for me :) and a little dirt on the sumo tracks of course.

Quick question, does anyone have some good baseline suspension settings (clickers and fork height/ shock sag)
Also what jetting are you guys running? Bike runs pretty good now, but just curious so when I take the carb off, I have something to compare to.

Also I posted this in another old thread but which "tab" am I supposed to hack off is order to make my kickstand non-deadly?
Here's a pic of her, and a closeup of the kickstand so you can point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance!!!

You can't shorten the stock bolt without cutting off the hex unfortunately...

Motorsportz supply a short replacement bolt that gets around this problem - I bought one and it works a treat.

got some jetting specs from TT

I just pulled them tonight, there was a 52 pilot and 182 main, I switched to a 45 pilot and 185 main per some recomendations on TT. We'll see if that is better or worse

Looks good man. We have a 530 kit and Russ Fletcher knows how to port those heads if you want more power. :D i would get that pipe covered up ASAP before it starts burning stuff.
