I like the H&H series and go to as many as I can, they are about the only races where you can ride your bike and watch some great racing action, with out being a racer. Let alone mingle with the top riders. Husqvarna/BMW hasn't been doing so good in these events. Lots of DNF bike troubles. I'm sure that the bugs will be eventually worked out, but If I was a buyer of a new bike I would pass on the new Husky's for now. I don't think their whole line of bikes are effected, but who knows. I would like to hear how others feel about the bikes. all manufactures have problems some years more than others, so I'm not saying husky is junk, just think husky isn't cutting it this year, buying a new bike, when they run a better part of 10 grand I'm not brand loyal, I want the best bang for the buck. Which H&H series are you keeping tabs on? The national H&H series? I know with that series Nick Burson discovered the canyon like rut that was perpendicular to the course and crashed out of round 2. I have heard that he has had issues at the other national rounds. At the USDR round last month he was on his game and won it convincingly. I heard that he has been plagued with stator issues on his old bike, but haven't heard what the issue is with the bike this year.
Yeah the national H&H SERIES. Zip Ty racing has had a real hard time with the bikes they are running, Kamo has DNF'ed most of the races. When not dnf'ing, Kamo doesnt seem to be able to keep up with the front runners very well, although he did come in 6th the last race I was at. I dont know what the issues are, and I dont want to go to TY racing pits after a DNF, and ask a lot of questions. Maybe others here know what the issues are. Mike
