If all you want to do is tune it get this in a week or so when it is 100% ready to go. (device on the right) works fantastic and you can change out "jetting" at will and feel the difference instantly. JD himself is picking up my 511 in an hour to take to his shop / dyno and adjust the tuner for 100% compatibility. If you need to read error codes and the like you will need something else.
By the way Kelly, I couldn't be happier with the damper on my 449! It totally transformed the bike's behavior on the street with knobbies. I no longer have to pucker my butthole above 40 MPH on pavement. And, as expected, it has calmed things down on the rocks and roots too, just in time for my Labor Day trip to PA and the usual encounters with watermelon-sized boulders and Anaconda roots of the Coal Regions.
I think your 3rd slacker JD just rolled out of my driveway with the 511 in the back. Should be good to go in a few days / end of the week. He is going to run it on a Dyno with a sniffer so it will be interesting to see what kid of power she makes. Included the stock pipe as well.
