I've been offered a good working carb for 50 quid. It's off a different bike so Id need to change the jets to make it suitable for my bike. I'm thinking of using it on my 1999 te 610. Dose anyon know much about these carbs or what jets the 570smr used?

I used JDJettings kit for 05-08 TE610 on my 1993 TE610 with FCR41MX with very good results..

You should be aware that you will need to modify your gas tank to get the FCR enough space underneath though! :)

I simply put on the FCR and checked where it hit the tank and took a heat gun, warmed the gas tank and formed it with a piece of wood.. :)

I too want to replace my dell'orto on the 610S ('99) with the FCR. A friend suggested i raise the tank by about 1 cm, but i'd much prefer keeping it at its present height. How much did you have to form the tank?
