Kickstand too far forward ? Simple Solution

    Thought about it and came up with this as opposed to welding a stop down there.

    Get a simple hose clamp:

    put it on the base of the kickstand above the spring.. it will be a little loose but will position nicely up or down... Use some locktite on the screw:

    Now it won't go all the way forward !

    I'm thinking a heavier hose clamp would probably hold up better.. I just happened to have that one around and used it....
