That was very cool how that Helicopter came out of no where! You had some mad patience waiting for that guy. Very good sportsmanship.

That guy and another guy who went ahead on the last hill were the reason we all 3 finished the first loop. I was so tired back in spooners Canyon
and we all worked together to get thru. After that I got a second wind and felt fine. The guy in the video was also on reserve. As for the Helicopter that happened a few times during the day is was so cool. We started 40 min ahead of the pro and about 10 miles in a Helicopter came out of no ware as I was going down a hill and then here came the top 3 leaders that helicopter was so close it almost blew me off my bike
There were so many cool thing that happen in this race it really is like nothing else I have raced

None of that sounds fun to me and I like a good beating. Well ok, some of the open stuff looks fun. Growing up in the NW jungle gives a different perspective. You'd probably hate our stuff too.

Kelly I ride KOM once a year I also ride everything from below sea level to about 8,000 feet. Then wide open Desert and Baja to tight up in the trees
I like to ride it all what I so like about KOM is the fact that it is so hard and I know I will have to work hard to get a finish. Do I want to do that everyday No I have 1 finish and 2 timed out at KOM. I do not like the fact I got beat by the course and it is my next mission to get another finish
I look at your riding area and want to come ride there to maybe this summer Save me a spot on the trail

That's quite a video ... Puts alot of that terrain in some ~true-life prospective ...

Myself, I found out many moons ago to use gravity to your advantage any place possible when in the boonies ESP ... Saves me gas and energy rolling down hills ... I like to put the bike in gear and use the clutch to control the rear wheel ...

That's over-the-top-riding for you AJ...
