Hi, I have 2 ktm 150 pipes from a previous bike. I know someone modifies the ktm 200 pipe to fit the 165's, does anyone mod the 150 pipe to work on the cr144?
Would it even be worth the cost / effort?

I cut up a stock ktm 150 pipe to try in my 144, and yes it worked better than the stock 2010 Husky pipe.
Was it worth the effort ------ NO The made to fit FMF DEP ect all worked better!
Its not just the flange you have to change its the stinger and all the mounts so unless your stock pipe is mashed I personaly would not bother.

I am not running a Doma KTM 125 pipe on my 165. It is not the strongest setup but it traded top OR bottom end power for longer overall power. I have a Doma KTM 200 pipe that makes big bottom and lower mid but NO top. I ahve a KTM 200 FMF SST pipe that makes great upper mid and top but real soft on the bottom. The Doma KTM 125 pipe makes good power bottom to top and is smooth and long power. I like it. Worth a try IMHO. Oh, my Lectron carb lets me dial in all these pipes ASAP. I ahve treid about 6-7 pipes on my bikes now. All bring something usable and allow you to tune the motor the way you like it. Here is me talking about this a while back...
