Hey all, I've had a bit of a browse about in some accessories catalogs and on the net for Launch Control/ Holeshot Buttons to suit our 50mm SMR forks but haven't found any so far. Those of you that have one what brand is it and who was the supplier? Cheers
I've got one for the Zoke 50's in my tool box, haven't fitted it yet. It's OEM off of an SMR450RR/TC450, any dealer should be able to get one if you don't mind waiting, was around $80. Part# can be found in the parts fiche for the above bikes.
I got mine from the US last time I ordered a bunch of OEM parts, fire off an email to Halls or Bills.
I made some custom to fit on the largest portion of the fork leg. I've been using this design for a year now and made a few for friends. The other style usually mounts on the second seal land on the fork and are hard to latch in place at the start line. You can see the ring in this photo on the right fork leg. I run the new style Works launch device. works great.
