I just put a Leo Vince X3 on my 09 TE310 and I was pleasantly surprised by the roll-on power increase that it gives.

The biggest shock is how quiet it is. It is noticeably quieter than the stock muffler. Even quieter than the stock muffler with the DB reducer installed.

Well if it works as good as it looks, thats awesome. Does it have a spark arrestor in it as well? I'm feeling guilty about running my stocker with the S/A plug pulled out, EVEN though the can is stamped US Forrestry Approved... Minor oversight on their part I'm guessing. Or was it? :)

    Good info

The 2006/7 bikes were nice and quiet stock. I've put at least 1 Leo Vince on those bikes and it sounded nice and not really any louder... I'm not sure if there were performance changes.

The 2008/9 bikes, from everything I've read and heard, are much louder... not sure why. If I owned one I'd strongly consider a Leo Vince.

Wonder how this CF brackets will hold up. Does not seem like the right use of CF

Who's got a good deal on the Leo X3? I'm looking for one for my 09 TE510. Is that just the slip-on or a full system?

Another dumb question: Can you run the spark arrestor with the quiet insert? I know with some exhausts it's an one or the other deal.

Quite a few of us with 610's are using the X3.
I have not heard of any failures of the CF brackets, other than if the tire rubs on them.

    Hallo ghy's,

the Leo Vince X3 is only available as Slip On Version.
I put on my TE 510 a complete system from Doma. This System is available with 94 and 96 dB - i have the 96 dB and the Bike works also very good with this exhaust system and it is also noticeably quieter than the stock muffler.

    here some pictures:

The Leo Vince site doesn't even list an exhaust for the TE510 in 08 and 09?

Is my Bike ready to race for the Hillclimbing European Championship 2009.
I ride since 4 years the Maxxis Mud Tyres for the Hillclimbing Races.
Here in Europe the Paddel Tyres (Scat Trak) you can only ride on the special class.

I take one week bevor the race the Husky out of the box,
fix the triple clamp and the exhaust on the bike,
make one test ride in the mountains,
change the tyres and go to the race.

In the Final i stop the Husky 10cm behind the 6 time European Hillclimbing Champion Lars Nonn and catch the second time the 2.place after 2005 on the European Hillclimbing Championship.
