I need a longer shift lever to accomodate my longer than normal foot. Does anyone know if one is available or will I need to weld two of them together to make a Frankenshifter?

I wonder if the selector shaft dimensions are common to any other bikes?

I have the same request. Being not so mechanically adept at things, I would prefer a solution that does not involve milling, drilling, sawing, or otherwise banging on a large stone.

A +20mm Hammerhead shifter tip can be put on a stock lever or a Driven lever with very little modification. I wrote a post about it in the 2 stroke section.

The part number and description on the sales invoice I received for the Hammerhead tip on my bike is:
    HD100112 Hammerhead Gear Tip 20+

That part no. can be found at:

This looks like one that is state side, for $18 I'll give it a go. Do you think the Driven shifter lever for the TE510 will work on TE630? I read another post where someone used a particular KTM shifter, I think for a 530, but had to bend or tweak it to get it to fit?
