Looking for factory headlight preferably with the shroud for my TXC

I'm looking for a factory headlight. preferably with the shroud, but not absolutely necessary. If you've got one and you're willing to part with it REALLY reasonably, please let me know.

My 09 TXC is great, but I cracked the front number plate, and thought it would be nice to have a light for riding around the neighborhood or campsites at night. If I can get at least the light cheap, I can get a shroud. I'm hoping to find someone who has both just laying around.

I know a lot of poeple have upgraded to the LED's and HID's, etc... I don't need that right now.. just need something simple.

Andy, it's the black shroud. It looks like this one...

Whoops. sorry man. I didn't mean to let this lay dormant! I got caught up in other things.

The price is right, but I'm not sure I'm ready to jump on that one yet. Although I didn't specify, I think I'd really like to have a white one up there.
