Where's the AMA and others on this - got to fight back this "One-sided" Bull! Public land does need to be managed, but not at the expense of others. It belongs to ALL of us. I'm a conservationist too, as I think all of us here are.
OHV and the environment can co-exist. Excluding the needs of some for the needs of others is not management (or right). These conservation groups are monolithic in thinking - they don't consider the needs of other - only their own agenda. Got to fight back or we lose all! If I lived in UTAH I would be getting some groups and organizations together and challenge this judge - take it to the next level. I'm pissed - this will happen everywhere if we don't challenge. Losing rights every day it seems.
