I couldn't find a maintenance log to suit me, so I created my own. It's quick and dirty, but all the right formulas are there to track your total cost of ownership. If you like it; great! I hope you get some good use out of it. It's an xlxs which is excel 2007 format. Open office should also be able to open this document.
