Making my own screen for my 610 so just thought I would document it as I go on case it would be of any interest to anyone. So here goes. I got a ktm 950 screen and a normal 610 screen off eBay. I cut out on the ktm screen to match the square headlamp opening on the 610 screen. image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg I cut the ktm screen down to size to fit the shape of the 610 screen better and riveted them together temporarily while I glued them together. image.jpg

Here's a pic of the back to show how Much more height it is going to give me image.jpg I then filled the gaps with fibreglass filler and will finish it off with some isopon to smooth it all out. image.jpg
