looking to rebuild my shocks and the foot valve seems to be leaking as well. I have a shop manual but the procedure is very unclear. the information jumps around and it also has information for several different languages. I looked on you tube and watched some videos on rebuilds but was curious if all shocks are pretty much the same. I saw one said it was double chambered? does anyone know of a step by step video and or forum thread on a rebuild. thank you.

this is the video I watched

I was reading somewhere that there are different types of forks. Shiver or twin chamber? Is there a way to identify what I have. Or will the links above work for me no matter what type I have. It's on 02 wr125 if that matters
