So just did my oil and the past three times I've had metal shaving on my magnet and replaced my clutch plates due to this what's wrong ? Do I need a rebuild ? The bike still runs AMAZING

Well what sort of shape are the shavings, colour and size? Are they literally like iron filings?
Could be the teeth bedding in on your gears could be your selector forks wearing down also could be the hardening going from a bearing somwhere.
Or a bearing cage.... Pictures man
Oh and whats the age of the bike in question?

Mine has that crap on plug every time since new. As long as not chunks then normal-mine usually looks 'furry' on magnetic tip of plug. Bits of clutch I'd imagine

the itty bitty black stuff is normal. large splinters or chunks are what signifies trouble. take a pic for us, most here change oil pretty often. try not go over 5 hours or so. they dont hold much oil..change often. some oils are much better than others for reducing the shavings for me
