Hey all. Purchased a set of pivot pegs for the 630 and fitted them up no probs.... Look awsome......... And then I had to take them off because the shift lever is far to close to them:banghead:. Anyone cured this little problem or am I stuck with stock pegs:doh:.

I wish some one would come out with a extended shift lever, I would be first in line to buy one

I wear a size 11 alpinestar tech 7(rounded moulded toe area). Just ordered a hamerhead offset tip from trooper lu's. Thanks for all the replies, I'll let you know how I go!

Best deals I could find on both products. Have not tried them yet, still in the mail somewhere. Hope to cure my size 14 foot problems.

*** Links removed because of extremely poor reviews, should have googled first. Something is in the mail to me, will see what when the package arrives.

You guys get them REAL cheap over there. We pay AU$220 here AND they are made locally, talk about getting ripped off

Yep $130 odd with a fitting kit-and they are made here too !!!-that's why we aussies buy a lot of stuff from the US, way cheaper even with postage and no GST (10%)

Yeah knew they were made there and thought I would score, no such luck as you say.

Well I hope you will eventually get them. That shop has the worst reviews possible. I previously Googled them and amazed at 100% bad reviews. Nothing positive posted about them. Plus their shipping is not cheap and since I'm in Texas would have to pay sales tax. Ebay $151 shipped for me for on the Pivot Pegz and I already bought my Hammerhead from these guys. Received it in 4 days. Has went up in price a couple bucks since I bought mine but still a good deal.

Don't forget to get a hold of Husky666 and see if he is still making the foot peg re-locators. They move the foot pegs back a half inch or so and that with the Hammerhead worked for me.

We all "hope!" I ordered my Pivot Pegz before mid December and still haven't heard a word from them dispite emails, etc. I don't know what to think. I have them on my WR and really like them. Do they take a month off for Christmas down in Oz?

I installed the MK3's and they were way too close to the shifter even for my size 9 boots. I just did the Hammerhead +20 Mod and it looks like it will solve the problem.

I've got the 666 relocating plate and am considering the Hammerhead +20 and Fastways.
Size 12 boots in the summer, 13 in the snow.

I installed the Hammerhead +15 and raised the shifter one spot on the spline and all good. Did 500kms on Sat and no probs. Bike currently in for first service, pipes, pu kit and tune!:D Next thing to improve is the suspension......

That looks great! 'Sure hope I ordered the correct shifter tip from Hammerhead; they actually emailed and explained that they didn't have anything to fit my 630, but it looks like they do! With the Pivot Pegs (installed) that extended tip is a requirement, even for my size 10's. The right peg needs a little grinding at the back edge to allow it to fold up properly.

If you do manage to find out which Hammerhead shifter tip fits the 630 lever, please let us all know (I seem to have bent the shifter tip and might even need a new lever).
