I have had this computer for years with no problems on my Huskys... but I guess having endured alot of "woods recreation",something had to break.I managed to wad up a bunch of baling twine around the wheel and I broke the end that screws into caliper:rolleyes:.Any ideas on a reasonable substitute for the wiring?

Are you talking about the black threaded piece? I think the older Husky pick-ups work fine, or Enduro Engineering sells a pick up kit as well. I converted mine so long ago. You have to change the wire ends I think. Tiny wire too so use a good crimp or better yet solder. I loved that Moose Pacemaker but mine bit the dust a couple of years ago.

yup,it's the threaded end...snapped the pick up right from the wire. There's a 99.9% chance that nothing could get remotely close to that well protected little thingy...I guess it was time.I'll check Huskys part and E/E as well...thanx!

Yes, a Husky stock pickup will work. If fact, on my 07 TE40 I just "tapped" into the excisting ODO wire and soldered the ends on for the Pacemaker.....both worked perfectly. One sensor 2 units....
