I am happy to announce we have landed a good deal on a small pile of 09 WR125's. As you know i personally LOVE this bike. Yes, it take a few tweeks to make perfect but after that the fun factor can not be beat, an amazing little bike.

    So here is the deal...

Base price is $3995 (yes you read that right)

Additionally we have the low cut seat in stock now in addition to all our other parts. We will build you the bike and discount all the accessories you order.

    - low seats
    - lowering (actually taking the shock apart etc. / doing it right) Great price
    - PWK carb and PV adjustment (so it runs perfect when you get it)
    - any Motosportz or OEM spares you need all at a discount at time of purchase.

Basically we will sell you just the bike or the bike all decked out in discounted parts and setup to your specifications.

Available now. email me if interested.

    Thanks,
    Kelly

Will the low cut seats fit my '10 TXC? Couldn't find them on the website.

Me, too! I got a great deal from Dan at MotoXotica and I don't regret the purchase at all, but I'm going to pass on this info to a few friends:thumbsup:

What - you don't have a piece of your soul that you're not using at the moment? :) Sell something...anything!...a few of those bikes in your garage, a kidney, some blood, a promise of your first born (hee-hee! what a deal!)...there's gotta be something lying around that you're not using!

You need to ride mine pretty soon:)

If I had a piece of my soul lying around, I probably would have sold it for a successful career.

I did have a rare guitar that I briefly put up on e-bay with bids starting at 3500 dollars, but nobody bit. Nobody wants to pay me anything for any of my like new motorcycles either.

At 54 years old, there's no more eggs left to hatch into little Husqvarna riders, so I can't use that for bartering.:busted:

Kelly, are you a Husqvarna motorcycle dealer now? If not I do not see how this is legal and why Husqvarna is not protecting it's dealers. All manufactures have dealer agreements to prevent such a thing and I know most of them terminate the dealer who breaks this law. I like you and appreciate your work you do with riding this brand. I am just shocked that everyone thinks this is O.K. to do to the dealers, dealers who may not be there when you need something.

Your business model (I thought) was to offer aftermarket accessories to a brand that has had very few places to track it down. You have done a great job at it and I am all for sending people your way for this. If you have changed it and now a dealer you have a right to do that.

The problem I have is seeing this brand grow, it is going to take a good dealer network. The way I see it you are taking sales away from authorized dealers in order for them to grow. Don't you think it is the same thing for selling Husqvarna Hard Parts? I understand there are states that do not have dealers but this just does not sit well with me and kind of surprised I am the only one. This is nothing personal and I appreciate all you have done for the brand. I just think this is bad taste for Husqvarna to treat it's dealers this way. It really puts the brand in the same league as a pep boys. O.K. let the slamming of loyalists begin...

OK, seems there is some backlash here. I am working through a dealer on this. It was a simple idea that actually sprang out of a thought i had to offer WR125's already lowered and with the cut down seat to fill a market segment not currently being filled. Additionally we are only talking about a few closeout bikes there. This is not going to impact anyone. Bills sells bikes for $200 over list and people get mad, Heines was selling bikes for less than most dealers could buy them. It is simply creative marketing for a few bikes. I can not do it, that would be fine. I already generated two sales for a local dealer. We are not looking to piss in anyones cheerios. We have spent a considerable amount of time sorting these bikes out. Spent countless hours figuring out the PV, carbs, PV linkage issues and everything, as have others. I know for sure many dealers have sold 125 because of this effort. We also supported and continue to support an after-market that was not there to accelerate the sales of the brand we love. I sell parts to dealers at near break even costs. I have spent considerable time forwarding the brand and now I want to sell a few bikes and dealers are going to blacklist me over it? Seems like a one way street. These bikes ARE through a dealer. A dealer is making money on these sales. I'm cutting no one out. I have been putting my heart and sole into husky since 04. I live a very meager life, 130K house, truck with 220K miles. Ask anyone who knows me, I do this because I freaking LOVE husks and the groups that rides them. Additionally I support other dealers and after market all the time and ask nothing for it. Sent Halls two customers and one is on his second bike now (2010 TE250 / Jason S.) Send Bills, up-tite, Motoexotica, Halls, GP and many other customers all the time. I manufacture and sell steering dampers yet send Scotts / BRP customers all the time with high praise for what they are doing. Feel we need to work with each other not oppose. honestly it looks like we are getting three bikes. who is that going to kill?

BTW, I was not going to let the cat out of the bag yet but... i have spent a lot of time and effort to setup a mag test for a good running and dialed up WR125 and 2010 TXC250 for the mags to test. This will be happening shortly. Will be picking an editor for a major mag up, driving to locations to test and take pix, food, gas, time, etc all out of my pocket just to get a good review of fantastic bikes in the mags. This is all at my cost, on bikes I own, that I have massaged to working well.

I got an Email from a certain dealer that said he spoke with several US dealers who were pissed and told their parts managers to stop buying from me right now. WOW, really? Are these same dealers going to send me a referral check when they sell a bike over the mag exposure i got on 100% my own effort? I cut my profit to near nothing to support the dealer sales. They make more than i do, seriously. I don't look to piss anyone in this industry off. If selling a few bikes to make a few bucks is pissing people off I don't know what to say about that. Look who has bought 125's due to the work and effort we all put in here, I'm absolutely sure many dealers have benefited from this. I know i have personally influences several sales here to local dealers, like to the tune of 20 plus bikes, and I'm sure many more to none-local dealers. I see this as a win win. More bikes out there, more husky exposure, bigger husky family.

In the end this is not a big money making proposition with 2-3 bikes. I am working through a dealer as there is no other way this could happen. I have spoke with some people pretty high up at husky before I did this and it will have little to no impact on any local dealer other than maybe promote and sell more bikes and parts. I am not getting rich, hell i am barely making ends meet. If my wife did not have a killer job i would be doing something else. I do this for the love of the brand. If said dealers want to get pissed, not buy from me and talk bad about me maybe Motosportz would just dry up and fade away then we will see if there is any impact from that. My point is this is major nearsightedness. We will all benefit from this, the customer, husky USA, dealers etc.

If this really is a huge deal I urge these dealers who the dealer who PMed tells me "several US Husky dealers are absolutely flipping out with you selling new bikes" and "already told their parts depts to quit buying your stuff immediately" to Email me. I'm not looking to cause issues. It's not a big deal and were talking about 3 bikes. These bikes will sell for cheap regardless if i am involved or not as all the dealers are getting incentives, always do this time of year.

Maybe we can start a list of customers who have bought bikes from various dealers due to my support, posts and suggestions. Then we can see if they are still pissed off at me. Of the top of my head I know of about 15 from Taskys / Bills, a few to L&D, 3 to Halls, 1 to GP, A couple in Idaho... Local ride buddies who are on huskys because of me or highly influenced by me who might never been on one are, Adam (on his third), Jake, Shane, Scott, Russ, David, Greg, Brian...

    Kelly,
This seems like a very good idea, sorry to see people that clearly have no understanding of dealers agreements ruffling feathers.
It is ideas like this that will help Husky move on.
I see this just like Saline mustangs, they just help Ford sell a good car.

I don't see what the big deal as these are non-current models. It is well known that most left over Huskys sell for huge discounts. If Kelly had 2010 models for thousands off MSRP then I could understand dealers getting pissy.

I don't see anything different happening here than I would at a "coach builder" or raffle...

Coach builders improve upon or simply change stock machines and then sell them. Husaberg does it with KTM. Or, if you want an example closer to this case, take a look at Pro Circuit, Rich Oliver, or Service Honda to name just a few. All of them can build bikes to your taste as a service, promoting the brands they support and selling parts, as well (OEM or otherwise). Works bikes are often sold by teams as fresh-from-the-bottom-up rebuilds, but do you see dealers or brands boycotting racers that bought them, or better yet, the teams that are racing them?

As for raffles, I don't often see dealers supporting free motorcycles, but charity events often give them away. Do the dealers bash charities, too, calling each other up to chat about how horrible their new parts customers will be?

Seems to me that if Kelly sells a few bikes that he has organized, he's driving parts business to the dealers. In addition, the support he seems to offer helps keep people with the brand, so if he isn't modding and selling a few Huskies a couple years from now, those "loyalists" will likely be shopping at dealers hoping that the "good dealer network" can offer a similar customer service experience.

Oh for cripes sake... Let's call in the Obama administration to make sure everything is "legal" and no one is "harmed" by this obviously over-the-top capitalist venture which has certainly been designed to undermine the very foundation on which Husqvarna's US operations are built!:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Seems to me if Husky USA had its shit together, by now there would be NO 125 left in the USA for Kelly to offer up. This, IMHO, is an example of the entrepreneurial spirit that will put Husky back on the map in the USA. You GO Kelly! If I had the money, I'd buy one right now just to piss off the "Rules Police"

RELAX people. Let's collectively pull the corn cobs out of our butts, take a deep breath, think about what's really important in life, AND F'ing CHILL :censored:
