Moving front fender away

Some nice radiator protectors are now available. And they fit Strada nicely.




Terra is however different story as front fender get in the way. I'm looking to move it away from radiator by 1cm/0.5'' (should be enough). I dont know how yet, but at first look that seems achievable...

Are those highway pegs or sliders behind the frame?

This is what I have in mind for a radiator guard...nice and simple, but mounted higher.

Those are sliders. They have some more for both swingarm and front forks.

Could you put your feet on them if you wanted to? Sometimes on a long freeway haul just moving your feet up to a new position makes a lot of difference.
