Hi! Could you be more specific regarding the suspension being 'flat'? Do you mean the springs in the forks and rear shock are broken?
If you are talking about the rear they could have discharged the rear shock, bent the shaft on the shock and lost charge or the shock could be fine and the swingarm/linkage bears froze up and allowing a slow or no return. Good Luck Chow, Carl
Maybe you should check the simple stuff first? Are the clickers adjusted to the same settings as before it was stolen??
