I replaced bearings/seals and put the cases together last night, but the trans is not shifting through the gears as it should. The only reference material I had was a parts fiche diagram, but not sure if its from a 1996 360 or 250 (and that may not matter).

I know I have the gear clusters assembled correctly, but I am unsure of where the trans shaft spacers may go and how the shift fork pins need to be orientated to the shift drum upon assembly. Does anyone have a real service manual from this bike and might be able to take a few pics of the trans section for me? It would be a HUGE help!

    I wish!
    I dig your 94 too.

It's Luigic's buddy. And he got it for free! (why does this never happen to me?)

I want the 6speed trans from it really, really badly. If it weren't such a hassle I'd split my 300 cases and give him my 5 speed as he'd never know the difference. His gears look immaculate for a 15 year old bike. Stout stuff
