Took out these bolts under the seat. Cannot get the holes to line up and thread the bolts in. Any ideas?
Cannot see too clearly - but look like bolts that hold rear subframe and fender assembly? Maybe you have the under fender subframe back-to-front? May need extra pair of hand to apply pressure to plastic parts to get all lined up to start seating the bolts. Is a bit of a sandwich there.
Jeff Ihad to replace the rear mudgaurd after the dealer removed a sticker and most of the shine at the same time.They are akward to replace as the holes dont align easily,and you have the spacer to line up as well.As above an extra pair of hands.
Yeah tried to get the wife to help. Tried again today, put the bike on a stand, bought slightly larger bolts and wriggled them in place. There's like 4parts that need to line up. The larger bolts seemed to help. Thanks guys.
