    02 sensor removed with fault light blinking, the ECU is in race map the same as if the resistor was installed and no fault light???

    I'm not sure what you're asking, but if you mean does just removing the O2 sensor put the bike in the power up mode, then no. You have to plug the resistor in after you unplug the O2 sensor for the bike's ECU to go to "race" map/mode.

    that is what I was asking.

    are you 100% sure, thought I read it went into race map but showed a fault light

    Gotta plug the resistor in after you pull the O2 senor out.
