    Motosportz started a forum for AJP's. http://motosportz.com/AJPforum/index.php
He wouldn't post it because apparently he considers it "bad taste" to post another forums link here. I call BS :) so ive provided the link for anyone interested in checking out a sponsors new forum and business venture as he continues to support us. As he has since this forum was created. Plus they're cool looking bikes:)

I think he did it the right way. A simple tool to put out information. Is it basic? Yes. Is there enough interest in AJP's to build a forum like this? Not yet. Cut him some slack :)

I actually like the idea of a 177 using the SM/WRE cylinder in any of the AJP frames. Would be a very torquey fun bike that is a bit lighter and still has some beans on top but would be mostly bottom to low top easy trail bike. Think KDX 200 in a modern chassis.

But the point of this thread is to point out that we have a new player in the US and by all accounts has hit a homerun in its targeted area. Can't wait to read more.

are they gonna make an AJP full size bike with the wr250/300 motor(slightly shorter seat height than the WRs for you short asses!)? that would spark my attention!

After riding the PR5 I don't want a 2 stroke even though I love and generally prefer them especially for my type off woods riding. When trading off with my WR250 husky and YZ250 yami riding friends the 2 strokes feel very buzzy and unrefined. The counterbalanced PR5 motor is butter smooth and feels so much more refined and IMHO is part of why the bike is so non fatiguing. Its also crazy quiet. I could hardly wait to get the AJP back when trading off. For technical woods riding the PR5 has plenty of great easy to use power. You have to ride one to get it. Also has zero 4 stroke negatives, no huge engine braking, no top heavy feel, no huge transfer of weight when you slow for a corner etc. and all the other stuff I generally dislike when riding 4 strokes in the woods. Also has a very long linear power spread and requires a lot less shifting that your typical 2 stroke. The beta is cool but at that point you might as well buy the bigger version. I was easily gaping my 250 2 stroke riding buddies so a 300 is not at all what I want in this segment (my opinion only). Buddy Adam on the WR250 husky was trying to trade me the Wr250 and his TE310 for it after riding it. And BTW Adam was noticeably faster instantly on the AJP than his own WR250.

Yep dazed and confused. ha ha Love 2 strokes in the tight stuff. Love 4 strokes in the open stuff. Love the AJP in the woods. You really need to ride one to get it. Its like 125 fun only so much easier. Think ultra modern XR250.

Kelly said "think ultra modern XR250", with e-start, and better suspension....I think I want one. NO, I know I want one :D. How does it compare to the CRF 250X? I had a XR250 and should have never sold it but never been on the 250X.
