It would indeed be terrific if that was re-opened, but my guess would be there are other agendas. Jim Abbott, Acting BLM State Director, said BLM's number one priority has always been protecting the public health and safety. -- Always love these kinds of general, broad statements where someone or some 'commission' takes on such a godly posture for all of us ... How do you get such a lofty position and what if he fails? Do we all die? Is he really the chosen one who should be guarding us? lol ...
The only way I can see of getting Clear Creek back open is to kick the BLM out. The county could run it much like Metcalf. I seriously doubt that would happen. The EPA and BLM are colluding to keep us taxpayers from recreating on public property.
The scientists are working on the issue in parallel with making a moon shot also ... which do you think will be accomplished first? lol
