Designed and on the machine will have product in about a week. Real nice kit, fits great, super solid. Will post pix soon. Thanks, Kelly Mz
The frame clamps are coming off the machine right now. Off to the anodizers and should have the kits good to go next week. Did a bunch of testing in Moab and (tooting my own horn here) it worked fantastic. The WR125 and TXC250 are not really unstable bikes but the amount of control and feel the damper imparts on it is great. I love how my 09 WR125 feels with it. the unit is super compact and works great. Note, these pictures show a prototype frame clamp and not a production unit. All aluminum and much lighter setup in total than other manufacturers setups. Important as this is high placed weight. More pix - http://motosportz.smugmug.com/gallery/11422503_mFLJY/#802927248_8kmit You can see from this shot how small / compact the setup is... love this little bike...
Kelly, that looks VERY VERY nice, Those handguards are interesting as well. Who makes those, and how are they mounted (inboard) ? TIA !
The handguards are Highway Dirt Bikes. They have folding mirrors that can be mounted that tuck inside the handguards also. http://www.highwaydirtbikes.com
Any chance the submount will work (or be adpated) with the TE610 ('07) triple clamp bolt spacing? Want to stack the HDB setup on top of the submount on my TE610.
UPDATE: Sorry this has taken so long, to much stuff going on all at once. The frame clamps are done and VERY nice. All aluminum and light weight. All tot he anodizers. Can ship units next week if anyone is interested. Will be up on our site Monday. thanks.
This setup took a little more doing than we had originally planned for several resons but mainly because of the lack of room for the frame clamp on the 125. Anyway all the components are complete and the last part of the picture, the frame clamp is at ano getting all colored up. The frame clamp turned out VERY nice and it is a snap on perfect fit with no issues. Will have them on the site to order by Monday. Thanks. As shown on the 2010 TXC250... See Krieg, fits right down over the weld
I got a chance to try out the prototype on Kellys 125 while we were in Moab. I rode it back to back with Shanes 125 and the difference in stability in the sandy wash we were riding in was incredible. Later,
holy cupcake's classic steering head controllers batman! those are freakin nice! hmmm...new bed, or damper, new bed or damper...hmmmm... oh great. my wallet just had heart failure again. kindly check yer e-mail, send me the PP, blah blah blah....oh and if ya got any motosportz stickers.... please and tanks.
