Hi, just got a new speedometer for my TE630, from SWM. I believe that once set to either 17" or 21" wheel, it can never be changed. It seems (?) to be set for 17" as default. I want to set it as 21", but don't know how. I don't really want to start tapping buttons like a demented chicken, and hoping for the best.... As said, once innitially set, it cannot be changed. All help gratefully accepted.
I have the service manual but am away from home for a couple of weeks. I can have a look if you don't have it resolved by the time i get home.
Couldn't see any info in either the Owners manual, Workshop manual, nor SWM manuals. Tried my luck... what could possibly go wrong :-) Held Mode button down, Powered on, Wait, then 1- 17 is displayed, Release Mode button, Leave it powered on, Press Mode button again, 2- 19 displayed, Press Mode button again, 3- 21 displayed, Then Power off. Well fingers crossed that fixed it. .
