I just replaced my piston and rings on my 2009 WR 300. It seems to be vibrating more now than before. Wonder why?

Well I took the bike out yesterday and I think the new vibration was in my head. The bike ran great and by the end of the day it felt the same as always. Thanks for everyones imputs.
