its getting closer. good write up in DR this month. wish they made a mini bike. I saw a pic of a gas/electric hybrid quad. Its all just a matter of time. Im all for it. Battery breakthroughs are a weekly affair now.
I don't think these electric bikes are really going to start selling until the limited range issue gets resolved. Until then there limited to being city commuters that don't really have enough power for the slash and stab riding style you'll need in the big city. Not really a recipe for success but, like the article says, in a couple of years, who knows.
