I bought a new Terra back in October. At this point I haven't even been able to get up to 600 miles on it for the official "break in". It's been at the dealer more that it's been in my garage due to consistent over-heating issues. They have replaced the radiator twice already, and are now waiting for yet another "known good" radiator. The dealer says that their hands are tied - they can only do the warranty work that the Husky rep authorizes. Seems like they should be looking at other possibilities (water pump, ECU,...?) in addition to just throwing radiators at it. This needs to either get fixed (throwing another radiator at the problem IS NOT going to fix it!) or they need to buy the damn thing back. I guess its time for me to start getting in the Husky rep's face about it. So the million dollar question is ... Where can I get contact info for the North American Husky rep? Is this rep the one pulling the strings at my dealer, or is there another tech rep doing that? Any info appreciated at this point.
ok thanks Norm sorry for bustin your chops on the Travis Preston deal that vault deals kinda cool lotsa info on there
Is Husky NA still in Murrieta, CA? If so, it's a 30 mile drive up the road from Vista... That sucks though. Hopefully the dealer is going through the burping process, and it's not just a matter of even after they change the radiator that they aren't getting the air pocket purged.
I'm not sure who the rep is now since Andy took over the race team. I would email Scott at resmarket below and ask him. Jon Erik comes up as the rep for HNA and believe me, you do not want to talk to him HUSQVARNA MOTORCYCLES NORTH AMERICA, INC. 38429 INNOVATION COURT MURRIETA, CA 92563 Resource Market 30100 Technology Ct.
