good call, just measure up the thread size and depth,,,,I would go with a low heat effected material like stainless steel or Ti,,,,,don't thinkl I would use Al for it. What is the OEM made from (it looks brass or bronze?)
Just search Google for "O2 sensor plug". Several companies make them from $2-20, you could probably find one a auto parts store. http://www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?Prod=85-21686 http://www.performance-curve.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=904 http://www.clubrsx.com/cr/VIB-1195.html?utm_source=froogle&utm_medium=search&utm_campaign=froogle http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=sum-g2990ss-1 http://motors.shop.ebay.com/items/o2-sensor-plug_W0QQ_newuZ1QQ_sopZ1
It looks like most of these plugs are M18 1.5. I'll pull my sensor out this weekend and mic it and put a pitch gage on it. I need to dive into the lambda sensor wiring to see what wires run the heater and what sends the data.
