Where is a good place to get OEM parts online. When I had other bikes, I always ordered OEM stuff from Bikebandits and Ron Ayers, but they don't have Husky stuff.

Where is a good place online for Husky stuff that has a microfiche for parts look-up?

    Thanks

#1 from your dealer.....rockymountain seems to be on top of things in the OEM parts world. But remember we have contributing dealers here in the Cafe' that you could work with as well.

I get a lot from Rocky Mountain because I always have $80-100 of "gas cards" to spend.... Not sure why every Series dont use that program....

I spoke to "Brandon" today at Bike Bandit and had this correspondence with them last week. I sent it again today so it would get to their web content people. I told him I would post this.

I spoke to Brandon about this issue on 9-11-15. I would like a call back. This email needs to get to the department that handles the web content or parts applications. Please send me a Ticket # and or an update. My email is below or in my customer records, I read a few posts the other day on Café Husky where people are asking why bike bandit doesn't sell parts for the Austrian Huskys as well. You are currently losing a ton of business.
Please keep me updated and I will keep the forums updated as well as post this correspondence on these forums. Its a + or - issue that will line your pockets or empty them.

    Thanks, Tim

    Hello,
You've sent me this email to update my list of bikes. You were my favorite source for parts and I do buy parts, especially OEM parts for my BMW 2009 G450X. I am the Moderator for the G450 Riders Forum and Registry, also for the Accessory Nation section of that BMW Forum. I also am The Forum Moderator for the Husky talk section of these forums as well. Here's my Problem at this time. I formerly referred people to buy from you, even listed your different part numbers with regard to OEM part numbers for the G450X. I still do.

I have a Husqvarna FE 501 which is built by KTM and has been for 3 years of Production now.. This is a problem. You will see on my list of bikes that a few times I have bought parts or list that I have a KTM..I do not. Furthermore, I have been told over the phone that your website would be updated to include the new Austrian built Husqvarna's. It hasn't been updated. Your Website developers are sitting on their asses or something because you don't list parts for the new Husqvarna's. The model year selection in either dual sport or dirt categories ends at model years 2010. That's the BMW/ Italian built and owned Era. BMW sold the Husqvarna name to Stefan Peirer of KTM AG in January of 2013 and has produced bikes under the "Husqvarna" name since then. I again have a 2015 model. I can't enter that model or buy parts for it if you don't have this model in your website... I can't refer customers to you either. I am also very active on "Café Husky". So the Austrian customers are buying their parts elsewhere. Go figure.

Some one needs to update my account list of bikes for me there at Bike Bandit.. Because I can't. My account email is big_timmys@msn.com look it up and get it together. I'm buying parts at other places, Rocky Mountain ATV, Etc. If you can't list a "Husqvarna" part past 2010 you are in trouble. I will delete all, and have deleted the KTM models that have parts interchangeability from my account update associated to this email. You need to update the options as I could have bought many parts from you. I bought my FE501 from Bills Motorcycles Plus in Oregon and had it crated and shipped to me in SE AZ. I paid cash for it and have added another 5000.00 plus in upgrades. I can't give referrals to the Global communities of new "Austrian Husky owners" either from the Forums I Moderate if you can't take the time at your company to add these motorcycles to the owner options if you don't get the website updated..

Thank you, I will expect an immediate update. or I will delete the BMW G450 X from my Account next. Please respond to this email with a simple honest update, along with a phone call to me. Not one with false promises like I have had while on the phone when I have brought this issue up many times.

    Thanks Tim

We shall see what happens. Oh ! and before it gets said, yes I do use the vendors who sponsor this site. One of which refused outright to do any business with me. That's their right and their loss not mine. So please don't even go there. Its pointless.

Just a heads up , I checked the BikeBandit site this morning and they are now listing the 2014 and 2015 parts for the new Husky's. They have updated the site.
