OIL ...... 630 TE

    Hi all, just a quick question ,i know it has probably been asked before, but what oil are you guys using in 630 TE, it says 10w50 castrol racing, but do you thinkit would be ok to use 10w40 fully synthetic,here in the uk..Many Thanks David

    Dont know much about it. But I've always used what the manufacturer tells. And I've always been told that's it's quite smart to use what the manufacturer tells one to use! :-)

    I myself prefer to run Amsoil 10w40 Motorcycle Oil, working out good so far.

    What ever you use make sure you give the oil a minute to rise in the sight glass after you stand the bike up...

    My bike was very unhappy with the super thick factory recommended oil. 5W-40 is much better for it.
