Anyone experiment with the oil volume in the outer chamber of the TC 50mm Marzocchi forks?

Italy recommends 7.5wt @ 300ml or cc for enduro.

    Manual says 7.5wt @ 320ml or cc.

    Thanx

Is the TC different from the 50mm Zokes on my 09 WR 250?

    Thanks NWRider.

I did not see the actual write up from Ron. I do not have a lot of hours on the bike and couldn't believe how dirty the oil was and sludge in bottom of outer cartridge. I just paid good money about 10 hrs ago on bike to have it revalved/sercied and very obvious that the bladders weren't bled with all the dimples in them.

Ok I get it now, by TC you meant twin chamber not TC the model of bike the forks came on. I may be slow but I'm not stupid LOL

    Hey,

That's okay, you learn something new every day. Heck it's harder just to keep up with all the new acronyms daily!

I revalved mine after about 20 hours and did it again after another 25 or so. The cartridge fluid was in bad shape both times. I thought the point of a TC was to keep the oil that is doing the valving clean:excuseme: The outer oil looked a lot better. Regardless they are nice forks if valved correctly and bled.

Thanx, looks like I'll service them 2x year. I think mine are flowing but just too stiff springs.

I'll start @260 and can always drop in 10 @ time.

I really do like these forks.

Do you guys know what size the stock springs are for the 09 Wr 125?

Guess I'll pick up some oil and make the bleed tool out of 1 1/2 pvc pipe, this weekend. I would think it would be easier to oil wrestle with a couple of girls than with the zoke bladder!
