Overheating

So made sure the overflow tank hose isn’t blocked by the 90 bend. But my radiator is empty and the over flow tank has plenty coolant in it??

Bad radiator cap?
Bad head gasket?

I hope not, doesn’t seem like the coolant is draining from the overflow tank

I’ve been looking at that all day, but nothing is covering what I’m asking? Do you have a specific link for empty radiator but full reservoir tank? Pretty sure i straightened the tube coming out of overflow enough to not be linked but it’s still not going to radiator? I took it to a local shop anyways.
