I know I read somewhere in this forum about using the PC-V on an 08 610 but now can't find it.......the dynojet website says only the PC III is available for the 08....but, does the PC-V with auto tune actually work on the 08 610? thanks!!
Yes the PC V and autotune will work with the 2008 efi bikes, extremely well actually. If it were my bike, and it isn't, I would install those and run a 'null' map. That way it would do nothing and the autotune will slowly build the map over time.
For the record, they say the PC V & auto tune are not supported because they do not want to re-test the 2008 bikes. They already have PC IIIs for those bikes. It is a business decision on their part. Also they do not 'support' a bike for any of their products unless it is tested by the senior people at dynojet, usually that means taking a bike to vegas. If anyone from dynojet wants to clarify that would be fine by me, I'm simply trying to convey the essence of the situation.
