Some people claim that it is only shut down till the new operators get everything squared away and ready to reopen. We shall see....
I guess that means no more $15 Vet night rides for a while.... just when I was thinking I could get PVDUKE to start tracking again...... T
$15 for vet night! Man, wish they had something like that up north. Our Vet club ride days cost us $50. Maybe just a change in operators and it will open back up soon?
From what I hear it is going through an ownership change... not sure what Sebastian Tortelli? (spelling) is doing... Anyone? It is a fun track.... quite often way over my head (and riding ability) but always popular with the pros... all of my major crashes have been here.... it is a humbling track... They were laying the track down considerably on Vet Nights ( no one under the age of 26!) Was a blast to ride even with the 150 FT table! Their "laid down" Vet track is comparable to the MX Main at Milestone.... Just ask PVDuke.... I think he ate a double there one night and hasn't been back ! PV ... when is the Orphan coming back to the track.... ? the heebie Jeebies should be gone by now... T
