Picking up new bike Tommoro in crate and leaving next day on Holidays for one week at Billings Montana and one week at Bighorn Mountains, WY and since I do not have time to jet bike is it worth taking or should I just take my old 2008 cr165 with Lectron that I know will run right but it would nice to break in new bike at casual trail riding pace on Holidays and get feel for it. Not sure about Billing but bighorn I know its 8000 feet and I do not have a lot time to tinker on bike before I leave. Thanks. Ps My Toy hauler is going to be full and can only take two of my bikes and other is my drz400 since it is street legal.

I would take the 165.I ride from 7,000'-9,000' all the time and my carb was jetted real lean,I think you will be frustrated with a rich, boggy bike! my new lectron seems to run great at any altitude.

Maybe put the Lectron on the 125.
