Pictures of my spark plug....is bike running OK?

Pulled the plug for the first time and snapped some pics:





Thought I remembered reading somewhere about what a plug's color should look like when the bike is running right. Can't remember the rule of thumb about what color the plug should be, can anyone help out?

can't tell from the pic,but it should be a light brown all the way down.

Looks a little rich; how does it run?

What the porcelain looks like down in well of the the plug is what I look at. Yours looks good from what I can see, it's hard to get a good well lit picture of a plug. I use a magnifying glass with a light on it too look at plugs.
