Pls help! Where to buy Akrapovic for TC250 2010?

    Something happen to the HGS or are you just wanting try one out? I would guess Halls could get you if anyone could. You get those clamps yet?

    We have had our national champion over here along with his mechanic over the last week. We are thinking of sponsoring him this season so they was tweaking the bikes to see how well he could ride a TC250. After messing around with a lot of stuff we started to get interesting results from the different exhaust systems we have. Believe it or not the Devil came out as having the most power closely followed by Leo Vince and the HGS last!!! The difference between Devil and Leo Vince was small, mainly the Devil having more snap at the bottom end. This may or may not be good, I actually preferred the Leo Vince as I found the bottom easier to control.
    Seems like most of the top Husky riders in Europe are now running Akrapovic so I think it's about time to give one a try!

    Wow that is interesting news, thanks for posting it up. Did you guys jet and dyno each exhaust, or how did you determine which exhaust made the most power? I would be very interested in how your bikes are jetted if you have the info handy, thanks.

    Just the update kit installed as instructed with the fuel screw tweaked anywhere between 3/4 to 1 1/4 depending on temp. Like I said in another post, the kit converted the bike from a 1 kicker (cold), 2-3 kicker (hot) to a 2-3 kicker (cold) and a 1-3 kicker (hot) so nothing miraculous on the starting. But the kit in combo with the Leo did make the bike a lot stronger across the board. I haven't tried the kit in combo with the old exhaust. The Leo could be a factor in the starting behavior... I just don't know at this point since I've not tried the original exhaust. Thank God for the flex jet fuel screw. I tweak it several times throughout the day and it makes a huge difference in the way the bike starts. As the temp goes up, the screw goes closed in 1/8 turn increments.

    I'm in the UK and the UK distributor told me the exhaust will be available in 4-6 weeks. And that response was nearly 2 weeks ago. I'll ring them again on monday

    Thanks Kreig. We are waiting on the FMF slip on and the Husky update kit but for now his bike is running very strong. It's making me re-think my 150 if Husky actually comes out with it. Good luck to Cory this weekend.

    I agree with Krieg, the fuel screw is very important!!

    Husk Husk can you let us know what the UK dealer says on Monday!! I have family in the UK that so that would be easy!!!
