All 2st Power Valve Breather tubes

On my 06 cylinder there was a place to put two drain/breather tubes on the power valve chamber. These would often leave a large puddle of black liquid on the floor overnight after a ride.

On my 09 style cylinder there is nowhere to put the drain tubes. So does that mean that I have to open the front of the PV chamber every now and then and clean it out? This would appear to be a cylinder off job.
