125-200cc Power Valve question

    2013 Wr125
    I'm sorry to bring up a previously discussed issue but I am still confused after viewing old threads, I am wanting to adjust the power valve on my 2013 wr125 and am wondering where would be the best position to have the bolt at if I wanted to have the best top end power possible on this bike, I don't mind sacrificing the bottom end if I need to. Thanks for any help!
